Maybe you’ve started to notice important signals from your body, but you’re not sure what to do with them.
This group work draws from Try Softer by Aundi Kolber, The Developing Mind by Dan Siegel, and other self-compassion and somatic therapy approaches to help reduce stress, develop compassion for your story, and support embodied healing.
Our next round of Softer Together Group Therapy begins Feb 2026. This closed group is for women navigating stress and anxiety, learning to listen to the story their bodies are telling, and sharing parts of that story with others in a safe environment.
We will meet weekly for 14 weeks, 1.5 hours per session, at $70 per session.
Goals of this group:
Create a safe environment to bond and connect with other women
Notice how our nervous system operates and has been shaped by our pain
Integrate our physical, emotional, and mental experiences for more wholeness
Identify personal trauma through story work
Practice sharing from our story timeline and receiving compassionate feedback
Learn to show ourselves compassionate awareness and grow our self-compassion
Experience deeper healing in areas in need of hope, comfort, capacity, and freedom
