My passion for helping others began in 2013 when I was an elementary music teacher. While music remains an integral part of my life, I shifted careers after a cross-country move to New York City, where I worked as a flight attendant for a major airline until my daughter was born.
In all of my interactions-whether with a defiant fifth grader in the classroom or an emotional passenger on a flight-I’ve always been drawn to people’s unique stories. After facing personal challenges that reshaped the trajectory of my life, I made the decision to change careers once again and pursue a lifelong dream of becoming a licensed professional counselor.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Liberty University. My counseling approach is rooted in an attachment-based lens and integrates family systems, somatic awareness, and self-compassion. My goal is to foster a relational space that supports strong identity formation for individuals navigating all walks of life.
